Shipping & Delivery

All orders over £60 gross value qualify for FREE delivery to UK Mainland addresses.

We charge a flat delivery fee of £5.00 for all UK Mainland addresses.
All goods that are dispatched are sent via standard delivery.
Goods are dispatched as quick as possible. If for any reason we are out of stock or there is a problem with the dispatch with any product then you will be notified by email as soon as we are aware.

If delivery is attempted whilst the premises are unoccupied then a card will be left to re-arrange delivery.
Not at home during the day? No problem. Your billing address should be the address your card is registered to. However, you can have your parcel delivered to an alternative address. Just fill in the desired address in the Delivery Address section.
Haven’t received you order when expected? If your order doesn’t arrive when expected please contact our Customer Service Department.
